Highly recommend for couples planning a special stay
Let me tell you, the staff went above and beyond. They even prepared special sample dishes during breakfast, totally exceeded my expectations, especially from Mr Yahia who made sure everything was perfect for our stay.
Not exactly cheap, but worth every penny.

We had an incredible time exploring Giza, using this hotel as our base. The staff, especially Ms. Amira, treated us like family, making us feel welcomed. The spa and pool area were perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures.
My kids wished the hotel offered complimentary kids' meals for families.

Just an appropriate option for an overnight stop in Giza with extraordinarily good value for money. The receptionist was very professional and accommodating, even checking me in early due to my migraine.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good variety of toiletries and a safe for valuables. My room was clean, but some furniture felt a little outdated. The air conditioning worked fine after a quick maintenance check. I liked that they provided tea and coffee facilities. The soundproofing wasn't great, so you could hear some street noise, especially during the day, but it didn't ruin my stay. Overall, the room met my needs well enough!

great service but minor hiccups
The service I received was remarkable, particularly from Hossam, who made check-in seamless and was incredibly knowledgeable about local attractions. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, allowing for a satisfying stay.
The experience felt slightly diminished by a few small maintenance issues.

missingWrote a review on May 24terrace loungeground floor loungetraffic inconvenience
This place boasts a splendid terrace ideal for lounging, giving a great view of the bustling city. The hotel has a lounge on the ground floor perfect for unwinding with a cup of tea, adding a nice touch to the atmosphere.
The location is a bit removed from downtown, which means you're looking at at least a 45-minute drive through Cairo's infamous traffic. The rooms are showing their age. some furnishings are outdated, and maintenance is lacking, with broken items needing attention. I found the pricing hard to justify considering the room standard and amenities offered. Additionally, there were times when complimentary items like tea bags and coffee were missing from the room, which can be a tad annoying after a long day exploring the city.

Lovely stay with spacious and clean rooms! The staff was impeccable and super helpful. Great central location with fantastic food options. Family adored the handy taxis and horse carriages!
But honestly, my sink decided to audition for a plumbing horror film. And if the heating system were any more temperamental, I’d think it had a mind of its own!
